A Guide to Selling Different Types of Photo Booths

In this article I share my experience of selling different photo booths, particularly iPad and DSLR booths. I explain the differences between the two and how to make sure that you don't make one look less appealing while selling the features of both. Both have their unique features, and it's essential to understand how to sell them effectively to customers.

Salsa - iPad Booths

iPad booths are the easiest to set up and use, which makes them perfect for beginners.

While the camera quality isn't as high as that of DSLR booths, it's still possible to take great photos with an iPad booth. It all comes down to lighting and knowing how to use your equipment.

Guac - DSLR Booths

DSLR booths offer much higher quality image output. The sensor on a DSLR camera is much larger than that on an iPad, and the light attached to the booth creates beautiful, even studio lighting.

Additionally, you have full control over your environment, which means you can create the perfect shot.

Selling iPad Booths vs. DSLR Booths

So, how do you sell both of these booths to customers?

The key is to focus on the unique features of each booth. For iPad booths, we market them as selfie booths, meant for one to two people. These booths are perfect for events like birthday parties or small gatherings.

On the other hand, DSLR booths are ideal for larger events like weddings, corporate events, and other formal occasions.

It's important not to devalue your iPad booth by telling customers that DSLR booths offer better picture quality. Instead, focus on how each booth is different and explain how both can benefit the customer's event.

In conclusion, both iPad booths and DSLR booths have their unique features, and it's essential to understand how to sell them effectively to customers.

When selling these booths, focus on their individual strengths and explain how they can benefit the customer's event. Whether you're just starting or looking to add a DSLR booth to your collection, there's a booth out there for every event!
